The aim of our first meeting is to learn more about you! What makes your property unique? What does your home mean to you?
We will establishyour needs, wants and budgetand discuss how Rose’ Lifestyle can assist in achieving your ideal home through unique and bespoke one off designs exclusive to you.
We allow roughly 1.5 hours for our first consultation.
Following our first consultation, we will present you with a proposal highlighting our design based ideas, styling , approximate budget required, our fees and an estimated timeframe for us to complete your project.
Here , we can further discuss any “must haves” you require for your home and most importantly ensure you are thrilled with the possibilities presented to you.
Concept and Design
An exciting stage for all! Rose’ Lifestyle will commence conceptualising the ideas using 3D drawings, mood boards and samples. We will meet again to discuss your unique theme, finishes, colour palettes , art requirements and bespoke furniture and homewares pieces.
Once your concept is clear and defined we will require further site visits to discuss with relevant trades and designers.
Upon presentation of your final designs, we will also include a detailed breakdown of costings, fees and a more accurate time frame for completion.
Now, let’s get to work!
Rose’ Lifestyle will discuss your preference around installation and time frames. Installation can occur in various stages or commence upon your specified requirements.
We will work around your needs to ensure there is a little disruption to your current lifestyle as possible.
Upon our first meeting a Consultation fee of $275 applies. This includes a 1.5 hr meeting with both members of the Rose’ Lifestyle team. This is fully credited off your total bill upon commencement of a contract with Rose’ Lifestyle.
Our design fees start from $2500* inc gst per room ( size pending), which include all stages from proposal right through to concept and design.
Upon service agreement, Rose’ Lifestyle will commence the design and concept stage and a 50% deposit on all room fees is required.
A further 30% deposit will be required on Rose’ Lifestyle fees once final approval is granted
Deposits required for specific artwork, bespoke furniture and furnishings will be required once work commences on your project. Most times the vendor requires a 50% non refundable deposit on these items, with the remainder payable before delivery.
*Additional hours required for sourcing product, trade, designers or special requests are charged out at $150 per hour. Estimated time required for these activities will be discussed throughout the process to ensure you are fully informed of the work being provided and budget requirements.
